Today it seems people forget to laugh, to live and to strive for quality over quantity. It has become a scary world where you now know more about the characters in a reality show, than your spouse, or child, or even your neighbor. How many people can honestly say that they know the neighbour from only 4 doors down the road. What is the name of their spouse, their children, their pet? What kind of car do they drive? Just think, that is only 4 doors down, not even the length of a football field. Why is that? Why do we lock up our children, not enabling them to discover and grow? How can we turn this around? Let’s do something today that will brighten up your families day, do something to make someone laugh, they’ll thank you, they’ll even pass it along. Laughter is the best medicine, so laugh, its free. Then, go introduce yourself to your neighbours! Don’t be afraid to leave a comment, let me know who you are. All the best, FrankRead More »

I have said it before, I love my profession. Who wouldn’t, I get to take pictures on a daily basis. I photograph portraits of people and this includes new born children all the way to the elderly. What do all of my clients have in common…other than me as their photographer of choice…nothing and everything. Every single person I photograph is different, it is my duty to make each client look unique to themselves, to bring out their character and to put emphasis on who they are. Not an easy task, but then I never wanted to be a cookie cutter photographer. How do I do this? How do I make my client relax, have fun, laugh, cry? I practice, just like in every professional sport, every profession, everything that you do to make you a superstar at one thing, practice. Practice makes perfect. I am just blessed, as I am married to the person I think is the most beautiful woman in the world, and I am cursed as this most beautiful woman in the world hates me taking her photo, why you ask? because I am practicing what doesn’t work, what does work and she sees the beautiful images and the, “not so beautiful”, images. I have to say thank you to her for allowing me to practice, so that I can bring out the beauty in everyone! Thanks Sarbear.
Until next time, all the best.

Adam is busy working in the garage with both his tools and his dads. One day he will have a BMW to work on, but i think he will have to learn to sit on his own first. Thanks for a great session and for falling asleep before we started the second part of the session. Way too funny!Read More »

Alex and Jamie finally tied the knot yesterday in LaSalle. This was one wedding where I wished someone was video taping it. I laughed almost the entire day, starting with Father Larry at St. Pauls Church in LaSalle, he pretty well did an hour long stand up comedy routine and ending up with Uncle Frank’s MC roast/toast. Great day with a Great couple. It was nice to see Brent & Nicole again after photographing their wedding 4 years ago. All the best Alex & Jamie!
